Our house is a three bedroom two bathroom semi detached house situated in a small residential complex in Bolnuevo, near Puerto de Mazarron. It is two minutes walk to a long sandy beach and has the benefit of a large swimming pool right outside the back garden. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and one with two 3ft single beds which can be pushed together to make one large King sized bed, and one double bedroom downstairs. The spacious bathroom upstairs has a bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet and a shower room downstairs has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a large lounge with Satellite TV, DVD player and small Hi Fi and combined dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, includes microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, ironing board and steam iron. The house has its own secluded garden, backing on to the large swimming pool. And finally, there is a large solarium on the roof for soaking up that Spanish sunshine, (but don’t forget the sun tan lotion - it can get very hot up there!!). The two bedroom windows and lounge window have mosquito nets so they can be left open all night for cool ventilation and there is a large ceiling fan at the top of the stairs. There is also a cooling unit on the landing which allows you to put ice into the base which then blows cold air, not quite the same as air conditioning but very effective.
